At Zafrira we believe the quality of our products and service is very important. We also believe it is very important that our customers are satisfied with the product they receive after purchasing.Most of our products are virtual goods, so just returning them to us when it doesn’t function as it should is not an option. Also with virtual goods it can sometimes happen a product is not delivered as it should, or it is simply not the product you expected to receive…
So, if you are not totally happy with the product you received from us or if it is not working as it should? Please follow the guidelines below:
- If you did not receive what you expected to receive please contact our customer service within 7 days after delivery.
- If you want to cancel your order, please make sure you contact us within 7 days after placing the order. Most of the time, when the product is not delivered yet, the order can be canceled.
- If a product is delivered broken, and you contacted our customer service, we will try to fix it based on the information you send us. That’s why it is important you are very clear about what part is broken and if possible what you expect from us to fix it.
- If it is not possible to fix the problem because of a failure at the side of Zafrira, we will offer you an alternative, if you don’t want an alternative you can cancel your order. A refund of the paid costs to Zafrira will be paid. Any other costs will not be compensated.
- If the product does not work as expected because you gave us incomplete or incorrect information during of after the order. We will not be able to refund the purchase.
- If Zafrira needs to re-deliver because of incomplete or incorrect information any extra costs this re-delivering generates will be fully invoiced. Once the extra costs are paid for and the payment is confirmed the re-delivery process will be started.
- If in any other way the ‘broken’ product is not caused by Zafrira or it’s suppliers a report of the broken product will not give right on a refund.
- If you are unsatisfied because you had other expectations, please still contact us and let us discuss together with you how we can fix it.
In any case it is very important that before you place your order you contact us if anything is in the descriptions.
